  • Remove shields, clean top side of mower deck
  • Inspect drive belt(s) and sheaves for damage
  • Remove belt(s), check spindles and bearings
  • Check mower deck blade alignment
  • Check gear case oil level (if equipped)
  • Inspect gauge wheels
  • Clean underside of deck
  • Sharpen and balance mower blades, replace if necessary
  • Install and level mower deck

  • Check condition of tires and wheels, adjust air  pressure
  • Lube and grease chassis
  • Inspect seat for damage
  • Lube key switch, throttle and choke controls
